With a degree in Civil Engineering, Darla began her career in untraditional territory, working on construction sites and gaining confidence and credibility in getting the job done right. In 1997 after returning from a delegation trip to China, Darla was called in by an international company where she led diverse virtual teams to deliver extraordinary results.
In 2003, Darla founded amonavi consulting group inc. to build better customer service into the success strategy of corporations and organizations. Areas of specialization include:
