Michael began his career in sales and marketing management with Merck Pharmaceuticals (Pty.) in Johannesburg, South Africa. Prior to immigrating to Canada, he was on the Board of Xerox Learning Systems South African subsidiary and launched Wilson Learning (Pty)'s highly successful Strategic Business Services Division. He has held several board level appointments since immigrating to Canada in 1988.
